The competing teams will have excellent living, training and warm-up facilities at the European Athletics Indoor Championships in Gothenburg.

With the concept “All under one roof”, the athletes will stay at the Gothia Towers hotel, which is situated in direct connection to the competition arena Scandinavium. At the Market Square there will, among other things, be a Public Mixed Zone, where the athletes can meet their fans in a relaxed environment.

At the Swedish Exhibition & Congress Centre, in between the hotel and arena, the athletes will find the warm-up area and a small gym. Visitors at the event will have the possibility to watch the warm-up from level 2 – behind glass walls. The participants in the shot put qualifications have the opportunity to warm-up in the shot put circle in the Market Square.

The training facilities at Gothenburg Athletics’ arena Friidrottens Hus (“House of Athletics”), is a short bus ride away from the event arenas. The newly rebuilt Friidrottens Hus is the home of Swedish athletes such as Christian Olsson, Emma Green Tregaro, Erica Johansson, Ebba Jungmark, Patrik Sjöberg, Robert Kronberg and Alhaji Jeng.
